This is part one of explaining a project I am working on. All will be non-commercial share-alike. This is the first part of something more. I have been testing different alternator / generator designs and first made one of these types around ten years ago. I will be making accompaning videos to go along with these to explain everything. This can give constant output for long periods with little effort and if output is high enough could be used as portable electric car charger or portable emergency generator.

To begin the attached files are 3d printed parts for this project. They are not necessary but make the assembly of a stable frame very easy. I used 20 mm x 20 mm aluminium square rods and cut to length and a threaded rod 7.5 mm-8 mm. 6 x magnets with 1/2 center hole 1/2 wide. 1 7" round aluminium disc. Everything can be substitued except magnets and coils. After watching video or looking at pics assembly should be straight forward. I will be using 2 Discs to start with 8 fixed magnets on each and will be making axial type alternator. 

By increasing the disc size complete rotations are multiplied. for every one rotation each coil total 8 will get 4 north passes and 4 south passes. I will start measuring exact outputs but hoping to get 3.5 volt per coil. total x 8 is 28 volts. I will then use that on the ferrite core transformer and attempt to get it over 10,000 volts. I have seen people achieve turning 6v - 12v into over 10,000 volts doing this so I was going to attempt to try with this and if able look at uses. Setting these along interstates at reststops would allow people to sit and charge their own vehicles at a very fast rate. These can fit inside a trunk if base is dissassembled. 

I will be testing charging times on batteries. Once i find a design that gives the best output, I will be added and releasing a different type of motor to use with it. I will be updating over this month. I will post Youtube videos of this soon and update this with links.

Will continue to otest and report observations. I will be adding windings to get each to 1.5 volts for 12 volts total. Then depending will make coils larger. I would like to keep it limited to 2 discs. After testings and coils I will then do the transformer and increase wrappings. I am attempting to minie resistance to keep manual and easy to spin with as liitle resistance as possible. I will attempt to power it by 1a 9 volt micro motor at end powered by a 9 volt battery. If output is greater than 9 volts than the alternator design itself would be an over unity device.

I have updated coil design with inner coil ring. Coil Alone and inner ring are tags. This was to get more stability and will be adjusting arrangment, same pieces, to make this more friendly to average person.

Now the final question and test for this part isusing the 9 volt micro motor can we generate more out than using as input. I personally was shocked that this even worked. I used the most basic cheap micro motor i could find. It has no torque and was still able to start and run and increase speed to power this. We now have a set way to monitor energy in vs energy out.

Positive tests for 1.5 volts per coil, 3 volt per 2 coils and total of 8 coils. Finishing these up now but expect 12 volt total output than wil rerun test with 9 volt battery.

Every time i try to address concerns from comments. I set out to make a demonstration of how we produce electricity. I know all the current science. I leave to other to test and find the exact nature of it. My only conclusion is that we made an error or there are exceptions to our rules. We combined thermodynamics with electromagnetism. So consider the copper and magnets neither lose or change after running compared to before. So energy is conserved chemically. Now we go to nature of electricity it is a flow inside a conductive material. Without movement from an alternator there is no flow. The output relies on three factors gauge, number of wrappings and speed of magnets alternating. To spin the bar it is only force and speed. So the question would come down to is the energy needed to spin the bar actually equal the total amount of energy that can be made? If increase number of wrappings which i did. First was 1 volt coil second was 1.5. Did the force needed to spin the bar change that much? Was there an equivalent for that second coil equal to another .5 volts of energy? There is something. I can accept results for what they are but it does not fix the science I know. We can’t ignore without exploring why.

Added a 12v 6 amp motor attachment for torque and ease of use. 

When using this motor new issues came up that I address in next video. Siple Fixes just things to be aware of. The disk the arrow point goes into does not handle higher speeds. The dish forms holes at higher rpm that shifts bar. A small round mirror glued to bottom should resolve this issue.

Next video will show output pf 35+ volts and I do not have all magnets in. I am using only 9-10 volts to get that so 3x output vs input on 2 coil rings with only middle disc having magnets. Currently adding total 5 coils and adding 3 way types.

Part of my issue with the tip drilling in was pressure. The bar was 1/8 inch too long. Will make 2 new dishes to adjust for this. One will give more room the other will have mirror insert. For commercial designs i would recommend a titanium tip on end of "arrowhead" piece and the center of the bowl where it is centered. It allows for rigidity and temps necessary for the point to be in contact while running for extended periods. Two small pieces will bubass total issue while allowing for recasting if necessary. Nothing wasted.

I have begun forming a new hypothesis for electricity. There is no chemical change so conservation holds. The electrons in the wire is also maintained. It is a flow of those electrons like a fluid in a pipe. When we restrict flow the pressure builds and we get heat instead of flow. Batteries and capacitors act like pressurized canisters. They cause flow through excess of pressure and when the pressure is gone the flow stops. Same with fixed magnets and alternating fields. Magnetic fields move the electrons. So the total flow is speed of alternating magnetic field and amount of windings in said field. Electrons act like a fluid inside the copper. The copper is like a pipe. Gauge is equivalent to a pipe size. If we look at coils as pipes receiving pressure by magnets then more in the field more flow. These things are independent of the force to spin a bar. Force = Mass x Acceleration and when all resistance is removed and full potential of flow is allowed the force to turn the bar becomes negligible. I am still working out the best way to describe my observations while I am testing. I have performed some other tests that confirm these suspicions. By restricting flow from coils alot the resistance translates into resistance on the bar spinning. More resistance more force it takes to spin. The resistance and flux is increased by limiting flow. Make a large coil and attach to a pipe and add one led. Drop a magnet down pipe the magent will slow a lot. Now add another led and the magnet will drop faster. Less resistance to the movement. I will continue testing. I can only state what i see and make an analogy for reference. This is not a real liquid in a pipe.
